On these machines the blurry prints is usually due to bad fuser sleeves, or worn out fuser roller and sleeve on the fuser. You may replace the fuser unit or just order sleeve and roller for your model and replace them on the fuser. Will take about 2 hours of your time. To check if the blurry prints are due to fuser issues, just swipe your hand over the printed page and if you have toner dust on your hand, the fuser is not cooking the toner on the paper. Fuser roller and sleeve are bad and need replacing.
Probably time for a new fuser. This is a known problem with this machine.
Same engine, same problem, same replacement instructions.

Blurry prints can come from a couple of things. However with most issues relating to blurry prints on laser prints the following needs to be checked.
1) Is the paper damp - Try opening a new ream of paper and try printing to clear it.
2) Is the toner unit incorrectly installed or remanufactured with incorrect toner - Try replacing the toner cartridge.
3) Is the drum past it\'s use - If your machine has been reading drum near end or replace drum then it has reached or reaching maximum page count for the drum. Replace the Drum unit.
4) Are the reflecting mirrors dirty - Check inside the machine when you have the toner and drum unit out and see if you can see a narrow indentation above where the drum sits in the machine(Normally about 15cm long by about 8mm wide with rounded ends). Carefully clean this indentation with a lint free cloth.
