HOWEVER, when I turn the vacuum on, the 3 brushes thats on the side that is suppose to rotate, is not rotating...What should I do?? Please help.

Re: irobot roomba 570 brush not spinning
Unscrew and remove the side brush. There is probably a wad of hair and dirt underneath it that's keeping it from spinning. When it's clean, *snap* the brush back on, then screw it into place. If it still doesn't turn, you'll need a new module. Call support: 877-855-8593. Good luck.

TYhe iRobot Roomba has different model designations. Here is a webpage with a list of what the beeps mean in the 400 series. I am thinking that is what you have. 3 beeps means the dirt cup is dirty, filters are dirty, or debris in collecting and it needs to be cleaned.
Here is the webpage: http://uksupport.irobot.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1047/kw/iRobot%20Roomba%20Discovery%20SE%20Bagless%20Robotic%204200%20series%20Vacuum%20beeps%203%20times/related/1
Hope this helps. If it does, I would appreciate a vote. Thanks,
You can go to www.iRobot.com . This is the roomba website. You should be able to find replacement parts, customer support, videos or the Roomba product, and more.
When you cleaned your Roomba, did you also clean the wheel wells and outer most edges of the brush brush cartridges? There can be lint, threads, and at my house, cat hair, wrapped around the outermost edges of the brush cartridges.
I hope my suggestions help. If so, please contact Fixya and rate my solution.
Thanks and Good Luck!

If that doesn't work, call customer support for a new cleaning head module. 1-877-855-8593
The horizontal spinning side brush is a known failure item in those units. Chances are the side brush motor has gone bad. Check first to make sure that the motor isn't just bound up with hair or something. Fortunately, it's easy to replace and relatively inexpensive.. See this video link on iRobot's site: http://www.irobot.com/hrd_right_rail/roomba_rr/roomba_fam/RoombaFam_rr_howitworks.html
Click on the bottom link in that video to see how to remove the bottom plate and remove that side brush motor with just 2-3 screws. New motors are available from iRobot for $15 or from places like www.RoboticVacParts.com for ~ $10 links here:
Clean the yellow brush bearings. Then run the Roomba without the dustbin, so that you can watch the brush while the unit is cleaning. Is it turning? If not, call customer support. 877-855-8593. Have your Roomba with you; they will want information from it. Good luck.
