I don't see the previous thread with everything you tried but for a stuck CD-Rom. The first and easiest thing to try would be:
You can straighten a paper clip and use the straight end to fish open the CD-Rom through the little pen head size hole located close to the mouth of the CD tray or around the power button/light.
