I have an nx9010 which had a Cisco Systems work

When you bootup the laptop cand you hear the hard disk spinning and can you also get into the BIOS configuration and see the hard disk?
If this is OK then you can use a Windows installation CD with the Product installation code. Your laptop may have a Windows label on the bottom of the laptop which has the Produce code printed on the label. There are variuos versions of Windows, make sure the Windows version of the installation CD matches the Windows of version of the Product Code.
