Go to the website you need to setup as home page for example lets say i want google as my homepage, go to www.google.com first and then from Tools menu in Internet explorer click on Internet options and from general Tab under homepage section click on use current. you will notice that the URL listed has changef from about blank to the homepage you have selected. once done click ok and close and reopen browser and it should take you straight to your homepage instead of "aboutblank"
