Do you see/feel any condensation or any dust particals? The key may have either under it. Pop off and clean under and pop on again. Refer to http://www.wikihow.com/Pop-a-Key-Back-Onto-a-Dell-Laptop-Keyboard to do this correctly. If not fixed the keyboard may need replaced. Call Dell if under warranty.

My laptop keeps saying "configuring media gallery"

I'm not sure what programs you deleted, but try some freeware programs to cleanup the laptop and find the origin of the pop-up. 1, Freeware CCLEANER: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
This freeware program will remove the junk from your machine, in the TOOLS section, STARTUP section, disable ALL unnecessary Startup programs, look for the source of the pop-up and delete or disable it. 2, Freeware MALWAREBYTES at : http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ In the install UNCHECK the TRIAL PRO version, you want the freeware version, Run a FULL scan, delete ALL results, reboot. ALSO, run a System File Check using this procedure: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

Laptop keeps restarting and each time the login screen appears, suddenly a blue screen pops up, the machine keeps restarting automatically and i can't access windows!

It looks like the window files are corrupt or the hard drive is in trouble. Remove hardware and reseat it back into place. If no! try reloading your operational windows if available, if no result! hard drive should be assessed for a replacement.

How can I get rid of this problem? That keep pop up on my computer.

Your question is difficult to understand. You might want to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware update it and run it if you are receiving random pop up boxes.

either you have spyware/virus or your cd drive is dead. start in safe mode and see if you have a cd. if not its dead. if yes, than you need a cleanup

I think I have a virus because my autoplay feature keeps popping up and then disappears before I can click cancel. Any answers?

the auto-play will also flash on and off for certain devices, such as CD-Burners, scanners, card readers, USB thumb drives that don't have the right drivers or are not supported by the opperating system. make sure that if it happens after you plug a device in it has the correct requirements.  if it happens at random and doesnt display what it is autoplaying right click on your drives there shouyld be an option under the properties that disables auto play functions.

Cd stuck inside laptop

There is a small hole, usually near the eject button. Unbend a paper clip and carefully push the paper clip into the hole, try to keep it straight. drive should pop right out.
