Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
This is a common problem with most of the printers regardless of brand. Here's what you need to do:
On your computer:
Click on Start, printers and faxes, right click on your printer icon, click on properties. There should be a tick box to allow you to reset the cartridges to new....
If you get the same problem, do the following:
1. Remove the ink/cartridge from the printer
2. Clean the print head using a piece of cloth.
3. Put the ink back to the printer

If you get the same problem after cleaning the print head, try resetting the printer. Here's how:
1.Switch Off the printer.
2.Press and hold the RIGHT + SELECT + GO buttons on the printer.
3.Switch On the printer , continue to hold the buttons until the printer resets.
This will reset the printer to it's factory defaults.
