Maytag MTW5620T2 the fabric softner despenser doesn't despense. There is mositure inside and it slings fabric softner everywhere. It leaks from the side hole of the agitator. Gets fabric softner on my clothes. The top of the drum always has fabric softner all over it. And fabric softner still inside the dispenser

Liquid Softener was clogged up over time.
1-Put hot water in the place of the Softener slowly and let it over flow to dissolve the solidified liquid.
2-Keep doing this until you see water at the bottom of the tub.
3-Run a small load to clean out the gum.
