after replacing the ink cartridges and placing the alignment page on the scanner glass it is hung up on aligning cartridges. officejet 5610 all in one product.I have restarted this whole procedure. Took out the cartridges,and waited for new alignment page to print. Still just sits at the message alingning cartridge please wait.
ideas appreciated

- Thanks Maveriksasha. What I finally figured out is that the bulb is out on the scanner/copier. Now I need to figue out if this is worth replacing or junk the whole box.

please check if all the wires are conneced properly and repeat the procedure again
