No,
to disable you need to remove the conductor for the scanner assembl which you can locate after you open the cover.
but it is highly unrecommended

HOW I WANT TO DISABLE ENTER AFTER I SCAN BARCODE..... I USE SCANNER MODEL GRYPHON GD4400

Just download print the GRYPHON quick reference guide (print on laser printer without zooming) and program the scanner to factory default.
Otherwise, you will need to download the FULL reference manual. Then print out the relevant programming barcodes that will remove the last character.

Which operating system ???
CMOS (Complementary metal oxide semiconductor) refers to the battery-powered, semi-conductor chip located on an HP computer's motherboard.
It is where the BIOS stores important information regarding the PC's system configuration. CMOS is required for an HP laptop and its hardware to run stably.

Sometimes, however, it is necessary to clear CMOS, such as if you lose your BIOS password or your BIOS is corrupted.
Clearing CMOS on HP laptops varies depending upon the model, but for a lot of laptops, the process simply requires removing the battery for a short period of time.
Power down your HP laptop. Remove the AC adapter and any other peripheral devices. Turn over the computer so that the bottom side is facing up.
Ground yourself, either by touching a piece of unpainted metal or by wearing an anti-static wrist-strap.

Locate the battery. This will vary depending on your laptop's model, but it is usually located on the back, near the rear of the laptop.
Review your laptop's documentation to find the battery, if needed.
Many newer models require that you remove the battery by releasing or holding down one or two latches, then gently pulling the battery out.
Some models may instead require that you unscrew the battery from its compartment.

Leave the battery out of the compartment for at least 30 minutes.
Do not attempt to turn on the computer and do not touch the battery within that time.
Some HP laptops may require you leave out the battery longer to clear CMOS, others might take only 10 to 15 minutes to reset.
Ground yourself, then put the battery back into the HP laptop.
Snap the battery latch into place or screw the cover back on, if necessary.

Disable Fingerprint on an HP Laptop
Many HP laptops include a fingerprint scanner to enhance the security of your computer.
When the fingerprint scanner is enabled, the computer requires a fingerprint scan to log onto Windows.
Disable the fingerprint scanner if you do not need or want this feature.
With the fingerprint scanner disabled, you can log on to Windows using a password.
You can enable the fingerprint scanner anytime you need to.
Access the Device Manager on your computer.
Select "Control Panel" from your computer's Start menu.
Click "Hardware and Sound" and then click "Device Manager."

Find "Personal identification devices" in the "Device Manager" list.
Click the "+" sign next to "Personal identification devices."
This opens a list of all of your devices.
Click on "Validity Sensor."
Select the "Driver" tab at the top of the properties window and click "Disable" to disable your fingerprint scanner.
The button changes to "Enable" and you can enable the fingerprint scanner at any time.
Click "OK" to exit out of the window.

ScanAllPro starts, chose the scanner shows the error: scanner is not connected or another application is using it. but no application is used at this moment. and the test with document scanning by...

Hi,Make sure that the driver selected on the [Scan] tab of [Preferences] in the [Tool] menu is installed correctly.Specify which driver is used for the scanner, the TWAIN or ISIS/VRS driver. When a scanner is no longer connected to a USB port to which it was previously connected, this option checks if any scanner of the same model has been connected to the other USB port. If the same model is found there, this option automatically switches to the other port and inherits the settings of the same model.

* This option will not be available, however, if a different model has been connected to the port where the scanner was previously connected. * Disable the settings when you want to connect more than one scanner of the same model to your computer.
Hope the above information is helpful.
Thanks,

Macafee button stays black saying virus scan diabled but when I run check manualy itsays all systems up to date.Whats wrong?

Its possible the resident scanner is disabled. Right click the scanner icon or check program preferences and locate the option to enable the resident scanner. It is also possible you have malware which is disabling the scanner. No single virus scanner can find all infections.
Run another known good scanner to rule out infections.
