The DVD player is diplaying a NO NUM message on the display window, initialy, which then turns to REGION.
On the TV screen the following message is displayed: (Player's Region Setting), followed by <1>: Region up to <6>: Region, then at bottom of message written Pick out any one of these!
The problem is that you can't pick any region as they are not clickable and all the buttons of the remote don't work except for volume control and 'System Setup'. When DVD holder is opened then the 'Home Menu' button works with limited functions. Therefore, due to this all DVDs can't play excepting those with automatic start. The same problem with Pioneer XV-DV232 (DCS232)!!

- No one, in my case worked on the DVD board, so I don't know how it happened. So, the only solution is to go to an Authorized service center, isn't it?
