Question about Magic Chef Kitchen Ranges
If the igniter does not work (no spark), the steps are:
first reading volts to igniter , and then replacing either igniter or wiring harness.
If instead there is spark but pilot does not ignite, test wiring to knob, valve and pressure regulator.
Igniters and valves for burners are completely independent.
Test and repair must be done by a technician.
Parts and diagrams for most models can be found here.
