Pixma IP4200- not printing color

Cyan collor will not print.
All ink is full and new for all cartridges.
deep cleaning was performed.
All colors print fine except cyan.

Any suggestions?

If it's a generic ink, try another one, if it's a Canon ink, make sure the tape on top is removed, it covers an air vent, if that doesn't help, you need a new printhead, QY6-0059-000 around $40.00
