Question about Fax Machines
We receive faxes with some text smeared, stretched to an unrecignizable degree, on the same page with text that fine, clear and sharp. And requesting a resending of the fax, it comes through with no trouble at all. It is all coming from the fax (not something at this end).
Yup, noise coming across line will do that, have it checked. Could be sending partys line being noisy too, you could also hook up a phone and listen for crackles/noise on line.
99 percent chance it is noisy/poor phone line.
