How can i contact the banking ombudsman?

Do you really mean the Ombudsman for Banking Services in South Africa? If so . . .

This is the home page for the Ombudsman for Banking Services:

There you will see the Contact Us link near the top right of the page. Click or tap on that link.

It will bring you to a page with a form to complete to send an email.

If you have a complaint, in the left side bar of the Contact Us page, you will see a link: Lodge the Complaint Online. Click or tap that link.

If you have not already registered, you will have to do that first before reporting your complaint. Follow the on-screen instructions from there.

call any nab bank for information
could be a scam if you got a notification

why ask a web site that has no connection with any bank
would not it be more appropriate to ring the bank your self and get answers from the manager direct

contact the bank manager and sort it out
a failure there , contact the banking ombudsman and lodge an official complaint

Telephone NAB, and get their "Help Desk" to guide you through their E-banking web-site. If they don't do this for FREE, switch to a different bank.

got to branch manager ..apply for internet banking..after getting username and password from the bank ..you are able to log in national bank website..best of luck.,
