my TX screen/stylus alignment is off: at the bottom of screen it is necessary to tap more than the width of the keyboard row below the desired letter to get it and the bottom row of commands doesn't respond at all, no matter how many times I do the alignment in set-up/preferences. Anyone has a solution?

Resetting phone to original settings. When it gets to set 2 of 4 it says, "Press the letter "Z" below to set up your keyboard, and has an hour pointing down. However, press Z or other keys does not seem to work. How can I get passed this step?
