No. The projector isn't a computer. It can't download drivers and software to make 3rd party devices work.

Use a wireless bridge and connect to the projector's Ethernet port if it has one suitable for network display. Otherwise stick with a cable connection from a laptop

Yes, there are a few ways to connect your Chromebook to an Epson EMP-83H projector even if your Chromebook only has a USB or 2 Type-C ports. Here are a few options you can try:
  1. Use a USB-C to HDMI adapter: If your projector has an HDMI input, you can use a USB-C to HDMI adapter to connect the projector to one of your Chromebook's Type-C ports. This will allow you to mirror your Chromebook's screen on the projector.
  2. Use a USB-C to VGA adapter: If your projector has a VGA input, you can use a USB-C to VGA adapter to connect the projector to one of your Chromebook's Type-C ports. This will allow you to mirror your Chromebook's screen on the projector.
  3. Use a Chromecast or similar device: You can use a Chromecast or similar device that can be connected to the projector via HDMI, this device will let you mirror your Chromebook's screen on the projector wirelessly.
  4. Use Google Meet: If the projector have internet connectivity, you can use Google Meet on your Chromebook to conduct a video call, you can share the screen of your Chromebook with the projector and use it as if it were connected through cable.
  5. Use a USB-C to USB adapter: If your projector has a USB input, you can use a USB-C to USB adapter to connect the projector to one of your Chromebook's Type-C ports. This will allow you to use the USB function on the projector, such as using a USB drive to display content on the projector.
It's worth to mention that, Before buying any adapter or device, make sure it's compatible with your projector, and also check the resolution and refresh rate supported by the adapter to ensure that it can meet your needs. Additionally, it's always best to check the instruction manual of your projector and the adapter to ensure that you are using it correctly.

Can a wireless headset be used with NEC SL1100 Phone

The NEC SL1100 phone can be used with a wireless headset, but it will require a specific type of connection.
The NEC SL1100 phone has a 2.5mm headset jack, which is not compatible with most wireless headsets, which typically use a USB or Bluetooth connection.
To use a wireless headset with the NEC SL1100 phone, you will need a USB-to-2.5mm headset adapter or a Bluetooth-to-2.5mm headset adapter.
The Plantronics CS50 wireless headset is not directly compatible with the NEC SL1100 phone. However, Plantronics offers a USB-to-2.5mm headset adapter which can be used with the CS50.
It's worth noting that some NEC SL1100 phones are equipped with a built-in Bluetooth module, which allows you to connect a Bluetooth headset directly. To check if your NEC SL1100 phone has this feature, you can check the user manual or contact the manufacturer.
It's important to check the compatibility of the wireless headset and the phone system, before making any purchase. It's recommended to consult the manual of the phone system or the technical support of the phone system provider to ensure that the wireless headset you plan to purchase is compatible with the phone system.

I want to send a wireless signal from my laptop to two viewsonic pro8400 projectors at the same time. I think I need a wpd-100 wireless adapter for each projector. Is that right? What do I need to send...

you cannot display an image over a wireless network to your projector. All you will be able to do is control the projector through wireless. The image signal has to come from a cable input such as hdmi or vga, composite or component. This particular projector though HAS to be hard wired to allow wireless devices to control it anyway. So you idea of sending a wireless signal to view images from your laptop will NOT work.

Still can't access the web

There will be no dial tone for wireless access as you do not use a dial up modem. Rather you should be seeing a signal strength indicator, usually in the lower right hand corner of your desktop. If you have purchased wireless access from your ISP you should have a wireless access point that the USB wireless adapter will receive the signal from. Follow your ISP's instructions for setting up wireless access. If your provider is Sierra Wireless here is a link to their support page. Click Here

Here is a link to the NetGear support page for the USB adapter. Click Here
