Why won't my Hotpoint WF645 not going to spin cycle?

hold in the start and cancel buttons for 10 seconds, a "test on" message appears, hold in the start and cancel button again for 10 seconds and "test off" message appears, set your wash to whatever mode and it should work...it did for me!

not worked on this model.but hotpoint are usually eaSY. no special tools.but i found it easier to take the front of the machine and work at it that way about 1 hour

sounds like it could be a bearing going out, or simply might be something stuck around the drum

Full wash dosent finish, gets to 1minute on clock dosnt go into full spin it then repeats cycle over and over again.

My wt640 hotpoint washing machine wont spin and says f-05

F05 - Pressure switch jammed on full - Check pump for blackages. Also check the drain pipe 2 so that it can drain out. if you have checked for blockages and can not find any reset machine by switching off at plug for 5 mins then back on and try again hope this helps.

sounds like it could be a bearing going out, or simply might be something stuck around the drum

Aquarius wf645 stuck in a test cycle, I can cancel by pressing both start and the on/off button but when I try to start a new cycle it reverts back to test.

try and unplug it for 3 mins and plug back in that might solve it.

To exit test mode, press start, display goes wild) press start again (display settles down) Then press on/off button and start buttons to gether and hold for a few seconds, machine will now read D;end, or similar, will now work okay
