Question about Pentair FILTER TANK BOTTOM, 48 SQFT
The plastic pipes have come unglued inside. probably from being frozen.
take apart from the top, unscrew side pipes, reglue main distributor pipe, reassemble by screwing side pipes by hand while inside main tank. the sand that is now in the pool will vacuum up and them stay in the filter where it belongs

Depending on which model that you have, you may be able to find replacement parts online. Poolcenter.com is one place that sometimes has older parts. In fact, if you follow the link below, it will take you to a parts listing online:
However, that is for the Sta-Rite/Wicor model and may not be the one you have there. If it is not, one possible option is to email Pentair from their website. If you can take a jpeg photo of the filter, they may be able to further assist you in finding the correct parts.
