No display on my intel motherboard

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Mr. Rinku Singh from kolkata (India). I had purchased an Intel P-4 Motherboard which model number and serial number given below:-

01) Model number : - D945GCCR.
02) Serial number : - BTCR71401CJG AA D78647-302.

This motherboard is not working,the problem is (NO DISPLAY) in the board…. I had check to my every possible way but there is no display on the motherboard.

So this is an request to you that please kindly inform me how to replace this motherboard from Intel. and inform me the procedure to get the replacement very soon…
