Why won't my Hp f300 series copy?

when you go to print something, the screen comes up with the print instructions
no of copies
print all print pages etc
there you will find a properties tab
click on that and it takes you to paper size next tab is black & white or color click on color and then down the bottom click on default
as to problems with hp printers , I use a hp deskjet 2050 series now over 9 years old and still capable of printing out manuals up to 1000 pages long so makes me wonder if you are expecting too much from your printers and why with so much dissatisfaction with a product, you still persist in buying the brand

Hi, Try pulling out the plug for 1 hour and then try again. Pulling the plug may reset the printer.

HP Deskjet F380 falls under the F300 all in one series of HP Printers.
You need to contact your nearest HP dealer to buy a PSU for your printer. Or else contact HP Technical Support over phone for more info.

Try the link above. I researched your problem. It seems to me that you may either :

a) Have some small paper stuck in the rollers, or
b) need to clean your rollers,or
c) just need to reset the paper jam message.

Either way, the link above should take you right to where you need to go. If it doesn't , just go to HP.com and then their support section , type in your printer's model, and it will take you there.
