How do I change the font style on my email send

Only Rich Text Format like this allows font choices. Open Yahoo Mail, click Gear icon in upper right corner, click Settings, click Writing Email, make your choices, click SAVE. This will set your default font. You may make changes within any message you are sending by using the icons at the bottom of the message next to the Send button.

Sign into your Gmail account.

Scroll down the alphabetical list until you find "Default Text Styling," and then click on "Enable." Scroll to the top and click on "Save Changes" under the Mail Labs introduction.

Your computer's browser will refresh.
Click on "Settings" at the top right portion of the Gmail homepage.

On the Settings page that appears, you will see a Default Text Styling option under the "General" tab.

The box will look just like the formatting box in an email.
Set the text style of your choosing.

You can reset the text style by clicking on the underlined T with a red X on it.
Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

The browser should refresh.

You need to check two places to see about reducing the font size.
Note: > ...means to go to or next
1...Look in the right hand corner at the bottom of the page and you will see may see 100%...if you do not then click on the arrow down and a window will open allowing you to size the window from 50% to 400%.
2...Left double click "Start">Control Panel>Appearance and Themes>Display>Appearance, look down at the font size and make sure it is set to "normal"...

If you are sending an email and you want to make the font smaller,larger, or a different style then you will need to open your email and look at almost 1/4 down the page on the left hand side of the page, you are looking for a tiny pair of sissors in line with other items, in that row you can change your font/style/size.
You can adjust the size of your font/change font style, etc. all from the bottom of that window

You can change the size and style of your font from the box write above the place where you write your message.select your message and click the third icon and resize your font. gudluck!
