Error code e20 means a clogged drain pump. This might have happened due to small clips, pins, coins, etc being stuck in the pump. Please note that error e20 can also occur when the drain pump is not pumping fast enough or when the pump fails. To fix the issue you'll need to check the drain pump.
Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the front access panel, it will come off. Now check for the pump on the right side and remove hoses from it. Remove pump from machine then remove whatever is there in the pump. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

What does e20 mean? The display shows an error of e20. Looks like the water is not pumping out during the regular wash.

The E20 code indicates a drain problem. Check the drain hose for kinks and obstructions. Next, remove the hoses from the pump and using a flashlight, look into the suction port on the pump. Look for anything clogging the pump (like the occasional stray sock) and check the pump impeller for broken/missing blades and make sure the impeller spins freely. If any blades are missing/broken or if you cannot get the impeller to spin freely the pump is defective. Hopefully it is just a clogged drain line or pump. Hope this helps and best wishes.

Frigidaire Front loading washer error codes E41 and E20

Hi
E20 is a drainage error. If there is water in the drum make sure the discharge pipe at the back of the machine is not kinked or blocked. You should also check the pump filter is not clogged - this is behind the front panel underneath the drum at the front of the machine.

E41 = Control board thinks the door switch is open. This points towards a faulty door switch on the machine.

Hope this helps. Please remember to rate my answer. Many thanks.

E20 ERROR CODE

Plug off the mains. First drain out all your water by lowering the exit hose into a bucket or drain. You have to look for screws below the front kick-panel, the panel comes down & out. The pump is on the right side. Be prepared for dirty water. Inside the big flexible tube (coming from the tub bottom) is the filter, be prepared to find all sorts of junk here, clean out. Examine your pump also, clean out the impeller. Carefully refit all. Your machine would be fine. Don’t wait for the machine to jam to look into your filter.
