Hello;
What are the codes from the DTC? That will help to pin point where the problem lies. The fuel filter could also be heavily plugged.
Thanks;

Where is the fuel pump relay on a 2011 nissan sentra?

Do you know ?
*: ECM determines the start signal status by the signals of engine speed and battery voltage. The ECM activates the fuel pump for several seconds after the ignition switch is turned ON to improve engine start ability. If the ECM receives a engine speed signal from the crankshaft position sensor (POS) and camshaft position sensor (PHASE), it knows that the engine is rotating, and causes the pump to operate. If the engine speed signal is not received when the ignition switch is ON, the engine stalls. The ECM stops pump operation and prevents battery discharging, thereby improving safety. The ECM does not directly drive the fuel pump. It controls the ON/OFF fuel pump relay, which in turn controls the fuel pump.
The relay is located in the IPDE E/R under hood fuse / relay box . Should show location on inside of lid

I have a 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8 S, after drivin it for a while it stalls, and it also has a hard time starting. But ive read on the recalls because I know that my car is the same model they say has...

I had the same symptoms with my '04. It turned out to be the fuel pump. When gas tank was full, it wouldn't stall, only when fuel got low. Also started hard. Took about 3 time turning over to start. Replacing fuel pump is super easy, takes about 30 minutes for someone familiar with car repairs. Remove rear seat, turn 3 tabs on cover with screwdriver or 10 mm wrench. Unplug wires to pump and set cover aside. Pinch fuel line clip and remove fuel line. Remove 6 bolts (8 mm) and retaining ring comes off. Pump can now be removed. Installation is reverse of removal. Pump is spring loaded a little.

My 86 nissan sentra is starving for fuel and lugging out, on take off and when backing off the throttle at highway speeds, i am wanting to know where the fuel pump is and all the relays and fuses so i can...

I don't know what relays and fuses you want to check, but your 1988 Nissan Sentra is equipped with a mechanical fuel pump which is located on the rear of the engine under the intake manifold.
Your vehicle is also carbureted, not fuel-injected, so If I had your vehicle and it was lugging out on take-off, I would be looking at the accelerator pump in the carburetor, not the fuel pump.
It is SUPPOSED to be starved for fuel when backing off of the throttle.
Have you checked the fuel filter to see if it is clogged?

Nissan Almera 52 plate. not starting when it stalls.

One of the items you can try is to turn on the ignition switch, so the dash board lights come on, and wait 10 seconds before you start the engine. You have an electric fuel pump and it must build up pressure so you have the correct volume of fuel going to the fuel injectors. The fuel from the fuel pump goes to the fuel rail that supplies fuel to the fuel injectors. There is a pressure regulator to keep the fuel at the proper pressure. The excess fuel is then returned to the gas tank. On my 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R SPEC V, I had similar problems. By waiting this amount of time I have ensured the pressure was up in the fuel delivery system and it was working as designed. I may have a bad check valve which then allows the gas to drain from the fuel rail, but I have not gotten this far yet in my own repair. This has allowed my car to start and not flood out, if it stalls as I had seen before. You may be experiencing the samething.

If your check engine light is on, you may have fouled spark plugs, check these out also, especially if you are seeing cylinder misfire in one or more cylinders.

2004 Sentra hard to start, engine code multiple cylinder failures

yes a fuel pump problem can and will cause both problems. not know the service history of this vech i will not say that there still might be other problems with your vech. but if you can get the pump replaced under warrenty i would do that first. and then procced. good luck kdc744
