1 Answer

Duplex mode. I have a Kyocera fs 1030. It work in duplex mode. When I need to print documents that have only one side, the paper leave the leaf part (not print anything), turn to inside and print in the another face. The problem is: two impressions are counted, with only one side was printed. How to solve this (I need work in duplex mode)?

from the copy screen touch the duplex button on the display and choose 2 sided > 2 sided. if it is not available in the menu the duplex unit may have failed repeatedly and shut itself down in which case you would need to go into simulation mode and perform a u906.

Can not print in duplex mode I can not print

Why don't you just print the data on the one side of the page and then simply turn the page over and reinsert it into the paper feeder and then print the next bit of data, therfore you end up with both sides of the page printed without worrying about printer commands that seem to fail.

We can duplex copy but not duplex print on the KM Bizhub 250. When printing from the computer, in the Konica Document Properties Window on the Layout tab, when the Print Type pull down screen is activated...

Hello
See if you have selected weight paper from the tray in the duplex mode.
Weight paper is selected in duplex mode only from the bypass.
So you check that the paper in the tray 1 or tray 2 must be plain paper and in duplex mode it can print normally.

The duplex printing function allows you to print data on both sides of a sheet of paper.
The procedure for performing duplex printing is as follows:
Performing automatic duplex printing
You can perform the duplex printing without having to turn over the paper.
1. Open the printer driver setup window, check the Duplex Printing check box, and confirm that Automatic is checked.

2. Select Normal-size Printing (or Fit-to-Page Printing, Scaled Printing or Page Layout Printing) from the Page Layout list.
3. When printing a document that has small margins, click Print Area Setup... and set the print area.
When you perform duplex printing, the print area of the document becomes slightly narrower than usual and the document may not fit on one page.

sub.gifTo print without reducing the page:
Select Use normal-size printing.
sub.gifTo reduce the page slightly during printing:
Select Use reduced printing.
4. Specify Staple Side.
The printer analyzes the Orientation and Page Layout settings, and automatically selects the best staple position. Check the Staple Side setting. If you want to change the setting, select another value from the list.
5. If necessary, click Specify Margin... and set the Margin width.
6. Click OK.
Duplex printing will be started.

Problems with Kyocera Mita FS-1920

Make sure that your paper sizes match in the control panel of the printer in Windows. It will not only cause the duplex not to work but could cause jamming problems as well. When printing in duplex mode, make sure it is turned on.
