Question about Hoover U6437-900 / U6439-900 Windtunnel Bagged Upright Vacuum
You need to open up the vacuum, take out the filter and see why it won't spin. If something is stuck, free it. It may just need a good cleaning. If you need to lubricate it at all, do so, make sure it spins freely by hand before running the vacuum again. Let me know how this goes.

The filter is run by vaccum. Take the filter out and there is a passage way in there that could be blocked. If I rememer correctly there is a screen in there. If that dont help then there is a spring hooked to a lever underneath so when you lay the back down it engages caccum to the rollers. It could be that this is stuck and not moving.
Try moving it by hand with the scrubber running.
