Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
When I turn the mp3 player on, the screen displays a message that says" Key locked, system shutdown" and the player turns off by itself. What do I need to do?
You need to unlock the device. There is a little slider button on top next to the headphone jack.
