wel, SIM pin is blocked after 3 wrong attempt. Then you need PUK code. This has 10 attempts. If you used them your card is gone for good and no data can be recovered. You might be abble get to same number on new SIM card. Contact your network provider. Rate me if it helped. Thanks.
