Question about Toto MS950CG-12 Neorest 500 Elongated One Piece Toilet with Integrated Wash
My Washlet is about 5 years old. This is my second one. The fist one crapped out!
This one has lost its spray power and is only putting out about 1/3 the stream.
I have periodically cleaned the nozzle by extending it, unplugging the Toto, and hanging a baggie of CLR over the wand to disolve the mineral deposits. I use my wife'stoothbrudh to clean the nozzle. It is now not very effective.
My water is very hard. Is there a total Toto flush possible to clear out the pump of the deposits? Is there a place to send it for reparis?
If you are using well water you might want to upgrade your filtration system.or add a mixing valve to the water supply of your washlet and add a filter there, you answer your own question you have very hard water. So the product is getting abnormal; wear and tear. Without making changes to your water supply you will continue to prematurely go thru fixtures,
