How do I fix My kodiak 400 that will not shift into reverse or park

The shift lever will not move to the reverse or park position. It goes into high and lie ok

As soon as your bike begins to high idle it will not fall into gear you probably will need to set your linkage on your shifte

The high speed jet isn't rich enough or the carb passages needs to be cleaned. You can move the clip down one spot on the needle so it gets more gas, this will also give you more power at the top end.

Check to see if one of the shifter rods behind the side pannel are bent.this usually happens due to lack of lube end people try to force it into gear.
