Directions on how to use the filtration system

I just came to this new cafe as the manager and I find this great fryer, a SG14 Pitco. I would love to take advantage of the filtration system but I have no manual and just a pile of parts that have never been used before. What I really need is some instruction on how to put this thing together and connect everything so I can use this feature. I'm afraid I may be missing a part, and that may be why I can't figure it out. If anyone can help that would be great!
