Same issue as before...except now I have completed level 650 and and cannot advance any further. Does the game have some sort of timer on players that is unseen that must pass before they can proceed? A different issue? Please help!

Not telling us, what game you are playing, just google the game name with cheats and or tricks and look what other people already gave away about your game.

iF THEDEVICE HAS FROZEN AFTER A RESET IT MUST HAVE HAD A FAULT BEFORE YOU ATTEMPTED THE PROCEDURE.
aT THIS POINT YOU SHOULD REFER TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR SUPPORT IN THIS MATTER. The reset procedure is there for the end user to correct minor faults at a low level, it corrects such faults where there is no hardware fault or where the software has no fundamental installation issues. If the hard reset has not corrected the issue one or both of these issues must be present.
The manufacturer should ne able to advise you on further action
I personally enjoy the fact that u do care about the fact that the end user does matter and u folks there take it when its good and also when it needs help. It is nice to be able to recommend and give input on what we as techs and players wish to see in your games that take it to the next level for a change.

Step one, download advanced task killer. It works great. When down loaded set the security level in the app to "low", the kill level to "aggressive", and the app kill rate to "whenever screen is off". reset your Kindle. (turn completely off, then back on) Try using your games again if that doesnt work then u might reinstall a game or two and see if that makes a difference. My fire did the same thing to me. Alot of time apps will run in the background and eat all of the RAM (memory) up and when you try to run games there isnt enough to do so. I had the same problem trying to play jetpack joy ride
