If you are not able to pass the boot screen, you can reset the tablet back to factory settings. However, this will delete all data in the storage card.
Here`s how to:
1. Turn off the tablet
2. Press volume up and power then hold
3. Let go if you have the android menu
4. Select Wipe data/Factory reset then reboot.
If you have the same problem that you cannot past the Jelly bean screen, you may have to reinstall the Operating system of the device. However, I do not suggest to do it your self as it will take time and has complicated steps that may cause damage or corrupted data on the Unit.

Unplug everything from it except for the power supply.
Hold the reset button as you did before. After you release and it resets, plug in the Ethernet cable.

You have do a reset for your router
Step 1:Take a pen or a paper clip and insert it into the reset hole and hold it till the lights are getting flashing
Step 2:Once its flashing with out taking the hand from the reset unplug the power cable of the router and put it back after 10 to 20 secs

Are you trying to set up the router.
You can do it manually without the CD.
Make sure that your computer is able to go online through the modem.
If your computer is not able to go online through the modem then you will need to call ISP first.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem
then you need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.
