Question about Troy-Bilt 4-Cycle Curve Shaft Gas String Trimmer #41ADT41C966
On the bottom of the carb. is a bolt that holds the float bowl on. remove that bolt and float bowl. use a small needle and stick it in the holes on the bolt to clean them out. look at the gas in the float bowl to make sure there is no water in the fuel tank .

This may be a blocked airfilter. Try cleaning it and retry.
If you have the same problem, Replace fuel filter, clean out tank and use fresh fuel.
Check spark plug gap, and replace engine oil if used.

You will find the diagram on the left side of the deck as you sit on tractor by left foot. It will be located under the foot pedal that has the routing diagram specifically for your Troy-Bilt mower model. Note that owner's manuals may not have the most current schematic.
