It is working but the display is not. There are resistors on the circuit board that get loose over time. Go to www.regalgs.org and search cluster repair fix. Sometimes reflowing the solder works but sometimes you have to replace the resistors. Your driver information center and the electronic climate control go out too.

My inside turn signals as stop working

If the turn signals are still working on the outside, you may have to replace the indicator lights on the inside of the dashboard. If you are unfamiliar with working with dashboards, take it to a mechanic. If you are willing to risk ruining your dashboard, you may try the information from the following link. (Ignore the part about the odometer gears, without those steps, it gives the right information.)

All dashboard/ center console lights out.

Test the dash first. Put key in hold down trip reset botton. Turn the key to on but don't start. Release the trip botton. Should turn on all dash lights & check for codes in the odometer. If getting codes reply back.

Odometer,spedometer,radio

My nephew has a 96 taurus also when his radio went out he noticed that his speedometer was not working as well so we check the fuses under the dashboard and found that a fuse from the radio memory was blown . We replaced it and the radio and speedometer and the odometer worked fine

The dashboard

You may have a couple separate concerns. The fuel gauge if it is on empty may have a hole in the float. The speedometer odometer and trip meter is probably a broken gear in the speedo assembly. If the speedometer itself works it is getting a signal from the speed sensor.

Odometer stopped working, along with SOME of lites in dash board

Those bulbs may have just blown, or maybe a fuse is blown. But the odometer that is another thing, like maybe the cable but its not the neutral switch.

Maintenance light

on dashboard press ODO METER until normal KM reading appears(not trip AorB) after that turn off the ignition.
then with the odometer button pressed (hold it pressed), turn on the ignition ON (don't release the odometer button!) .many underscore (like - - - - - - -)will appears & start disappearing
keep the odometer button pressed until the maintenance light goes off
