This usually happens if the printer gets too hot.
Try following steps.
1. Keep the printer in a well ventilated area. 2. Switch off the printer, let it cool for at least fifteen minutes. Switch it on and start printing. 3. Check the printer settings. Make sure the paper size and paper type matches exactly with the papers you are using. 4. Use a slightly thicker paper (with higher GSM). You will have to change printer setting accordingly. 5. Clean the paper feeds in the tray.
