Problem for T-Mobile Sidekick® 3 Cellular Phone

The caller cannot hear me on my new Sidekick 3 cell phone.

I just purchased a new Sidekick 3 cell phone. Everything works great on the phone such as text messaging, IM, email, etc. Yet, when I receive a phone call or I make a phone call, the other end cannot hear me. I can hear the other person perfectly, but they cannot hear a word I'm saying. If so, my voice is low as a whisper. Please help! I appreciate it.
