Question about A4tech PK-635 Webcam
Have you confirmed the driver is installed by going to device manager in your system settings? if it is then try plugging the webcam into a diffrnt USB port, this will make your computer reinstall the camera and should make the software find it, what software are you using to view the webcam? you may have to go into the software settings and check it is looking on the USB ports for a camera. If the driver is not installed, put your driver CD in the computer, navigate to device manager then right click on the WEBcam which should have a yellow exclamation mark next to it, then choose update driver, click not this time, then choose install from list or specific location, click search removable and seach specifig then brows to the root of your cd drive and follow the on screen instructions to finish
