Question about AT&T Sony Ericsson W580i Cell Phone - White
After droppinf from a height of 5 ft, it stopped working. just blink red when i try to switch it on... pls help me to get my mobile back.
If you drop the phone from 5 feet, then the phone may be damaged, and you may need a technician to reapair it.
All you can try is removing the Sony Duo memory card, removing the battery and putting it back in place.
If that does not work go to a mobile repair shop and ask testing a new battery in the phone.
If still no luck, then the mainboard, the LCD, the keypad connector, or the multiple connector at the base of the phone may be damaged. In that case the phone may be permanently damaged, and it must be disassembled and tested at a repair shop to fix it.
