May be the resolution of the photos that are downloaded from the computer are bigger " high resolution" or can't support to your phone. So before downloading to your phone please change the resolution from the computer and then download and see. N.B: Make sure that your photo should be JPG,GIF,BMP which is supported to your cell phone.

go to the above link and download the pc suite or else directly connect ur fone vth ur computer via bluetooth or data cable. now browse the memory card and phone memory of ur mobile in the computer. u can find ur photos there. you can directly copy and paste them into ur computer. with the help of pc suite u can get the foto from a photo message

there are 3 possible options to this problem:

1. use the phone manager software that should have come with the phone, but you have to open the message and save the picture to your phone, then using the phone manager, click on the Picture Menu on the phone and click on the photo to highlight it then click the "to computer" button.

2. Send the photo to your email address (depending on if your network supports it), Im on O2 and it work for me. send the photo in a message as you would to another phone but instead of typing in a phone number, type in your email address. its worth a try, it will either work or not.

3. Send the photo to a friends phone who can connect there phone to a computer and download it onto a memory stick then plug memory stick into your computer.

Im sure at least one these will work for you.
