Question about Minolta QMS PagePro 9100 Laser Printer
In the middle of the paper path at the output bin is a plastic tab that can hang up. Push it down to see if this enables printing to resume.
That tab is connected to a lever that you can see when the top cover is open.

SOURCE: Standard Output Bin Full
Check near where the paper comes out for a little plastic flag that can move up or down. If it's the model I'm thinking of that has that, It's possible it has stuck up, making the printer think the paper bin is full. If so, you should be able to just flick it down and it'll be alright.
If not, well, maybe someone else can help you out, this is just the first thing I thought of.

Check the Bin Full sensor flag. That is the flag that flips each time a page comes out of the printer itself.
If that flag is broken, or is malfunctioning you can get that message.
