If physical storage of your iPhone doesn't extend then you can upload your photos to a cloud service like SkyDrive , Google Drive or even iCloud or transfer the photos to your computer or an external hard drive or USB drive. For more help https://www.apple.com/icloud/

Have you went to your account and tried to turned off sync? That way you could choose what to upload and when. I don't know what the setting s are for sky drive, I use a different backup service, but you should go to your account dashboard and look for syncing choices. If that fails, maybe contact MS and ask them?
Do you want to delete or move them to another PC? If tryouts want to move them setup a SkyDrive account or send them to iCloud. If you want to delete there is a garbage can icon in light blue text at the bottom right corner.
HiTerry.
Never used Skydrive myself but try this:
Plug phone into computer.
Set phone up as mass storage device if it doesn't recognize.
You may have to install your phone's software from disk onto the pc.
or
Get hold of a card-reader and plug your phone's SD card into it.
From the pc, navigate to the phone or card-reader.
Then using explorer, delete photos.
if you don't have skydrive first download skydrive from market place then install it run skydrive on your htc then upload pictures from your phone into your account in sky drive now you can get them from any pc conected to your live account ther are some other solution like installing unique filre manager but you should have what's called deepshining rom installed in your mobile which couldn't done by user
You can either drag them into your collection when you connect it to your Zune software or the easiest way is when you take a picture, select share then upload to sky drive, then you can log in to your live account on any pc and just copy and paste or save as.
you can delete such a file when hovering the mouse over it, then selecting the red cross at the right side
you can install Skydrive Explorer from http://www.cloudstorageexplorer.com/ to access youir Skydrive from Windows Explorer as if it was a local disk.
