I hit the curb with my nissan crew cab, the vehicle became airborne and came down on the front right wheel and now after replacing the stub axle and upper and lower control arms and ball joints i have found the part of the chassis where the lower control arm joins the frame is bent inwards. Therefore the torsion bar wont sit straight and the alignment is completely out not to mention that the right hand side ride height is much lower than the left. Ho can i repair this?

most of these ball joints can be installed by themselves however since the control arm are so light it is unsafe just to do the balljoints still in order to replace the control arm you dont need to compress any springs just take it apart and put a new one in.

You need to loosen the torsion bar adjusting bolts until all the tension is removed, remember to mark a reference point from bar to frame so you can get close to the correct riding height after reassembly. Can't tell if you split the ball joint from the knuckle from your explanation but a couple of good solid whacks to the lower knuckle will unlock it. Mark & remove the control arm bushing bolts and use a pry bar to push out arm @ bushings.
