SOURCE: amp blown cant even find a fuse
All amps have fuses [multiples]. Check where the black wire line connects to the unit itself. Look carefully as it may be sealed within that connection. A small, sharp object may be used to pry it open [unplug unit prior]. Fuses are usually located on the PCB and although they may not resemble the "glass type" they also look like little resistors. A DVM is your best bet in which to troubleshoot this problem, otherwise you are just doing a simple visual with no true direction.
Even the main transformer (primary windings) are thermally fused. Using a meter, check the primary for an open as well as the secondary. Should you have an open on the trans, it will be a costly fix. All depends on what happened when the amp stopped working. Overdrive? Underdrive? lalalalala

SOURCE: Have Beringer Europower PMH 1000
The clicking could be the protection relays kicking in and out.
Check your speaker cables for short circuits.
Also make sure that the load you are applying to it does not go below the minimum impedance which i believe is 4ohms on this unit.

when you turn on the AMP and the red light comes on give the amp 2 seconds and turn it back on the red light should turn off. That is what I do with the amps at my church and it works for me, I hope that this works for you too.

sometimes the cause can be heat build up caused by dust inside the unit if you disconnect from power then remove hte cover screws get a soft paint brush and dust of the fans and power boards dont use a vac with a metal handle or hose as this can cause a static charge on the board and damage components>hope this helps A
