Question about Canon Pixma iP6600D InkJet Photo Printer
Installed new Cartridge World Black 8 cartridge in my iP6600D and it says it is empty. Now what?
You need the chip on the cartridge replaced or reset. The little circuit board on the front of the cartridge is what tells your printer that it is full or empty. You can either buy a new chip, or a resetter for around $20.00 and reset these chips in the future.
