Machine will not show graphics after working properly for 15 minutes.

This course uses  (Java applets  (Suns' Java technology)  In older version of Microsoft internet Browser the Microsoft Virtual  is already installed in your machine.   In newer version of windows installation, the Java  is  not install automatically.  In most cases, now you must install the Java separately into your machine  http://java.com/en/index.jsp  (download free Java software)

DursulQuran is also available in "Printed version", in theory does not require a computer and the course may be follow independently by using a booklet.   In addition,  the sound of each lessons have been recorded that may be run from stand alone CD player as well the audio cassettes.   The course material may be downloaded freely from this site.   The printed material are prepared in Acrobat Pdf. format and easily printable on 8.5 x 11 paper.  the sound clips are in MP3 format that can be burned into a audio CD (and latter transfer into an audio cassette) as well as run in your hard disk.

What is the purpose of java

high-level programming language developed by Sun Microsystems. Java was originally called OAK, and was designed for handheld devices and set-top boxes. Oak was unsuccessful so in 1995 Sun changed the name to Java and modified the language to take advantage of the burgeoning World Wide Web. Java is an object-oriented language similar to C++, but simplified to eliminate language features that cause common programming errors. Java source code files (files with a .java extension) are compiled into a format called bytecode (files with a .class extension), which can then be executed by a Java interpreter. Compiled Java code can run on most computers because Java interpreters and runtime environments, known as Java Virtual Machines (VMs), exist for most operating systems, including UNIX, the Macintosh OS, and Windows. Bytecode can also be converted directly into machine language instructions by a just-in-time compiler (JIT). Java is a general purpose programming language with a number of features that make the language well suited for use on the World Wide Web. Small Java applications are called Java applets and can be downloaded from a Web server and run on your computer by a Java-compatible Web browser, such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

How can i installed java software

Java capability for mobile devices is integrated by the device manufacturers. You need to check with your device manufacturer about availability of this technology in your device.

KVM, the virtual machine for mobile devices, is the counterpart of JVM (Java virtual machine). It is used to run applets and applications written with Java technology on mobile devices. KVM must be installed by the manufacturer. It is NOT available for download or installation by consumers.

JavaScript are fully enabled in your browser. Follow the steps below for your browser:

Netscape 4.XX or newer for Windows, Mac, or Linux

Click "Edit" in the menu bar, and then select "Preferences."
Click the word "Advanced" and put checks in the boxes next to "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript."
Internet Explorer 4.XX for Windows

Click "View" in the menu bar, and then select "Internet Options."

Note to Windows XP users

By default, the Windows XP operating system comes with the Internet Explorer 6 browser without the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) installed, which is required to run Java programs such as Yahoo! Games.

If you install Windows XP over an existing installation of Windows that already has Internet Explorer with a JVM installed, then you should be able to play just fine.

At this time, Microsoft no longer provides a download of the JVM if you do not already have it installed. You're welcome to contact them for information on where to find and download this program.

However, you have the option to download Sun's Java plug-in by visiting

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/aut…

Sun is the creator of Java, and their plug-in will allow you to play Yahoo! Games.

Internet Explorer 4.5 or 5 for Macintosh OS 8-9

Select "Edit" from your menu bar and choose "Preferences..."
Then, click the "Java" bullet within the Web Browser section.
Make sure that the "Enable Java" box is checked.
Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh OS X

Select "Preferences" from the "Explorer" menu.
Select "Java" from the left navigation bar.
Place a check-mark next to "Enable Java."
You may also want to clear your cache and restart your browser.

If you continue to have problems, double-check your computer's compatibility with Yahoo! Games. Source(s): Yahoo games help page
