Question about Westinghouse LTV-19w6 Television
I also am suffering from the WSoD with my Westinghouse LTV-19w6
Works great as long as it is receiving some kind of video signal. In my case I had been using it as a PC Monitor. When the PC is turned off or goes into standby, the display just goes White. You can not turn off the display ether, it just switches to it's snow white display. I needed to unplug my monitor whenever I turned off the PC unless I wanted the worlds largest and brightest Nite Lite. I
I have yet to find any solutions to this problem on the web, only others having similar problems with their Westinghouse units.

Have you tried to click the source button on the tv? It is the second button from the bottom on the right hand side of the screen.
I doubt your tv/monitor is turning off, it just isn't getting any input. D-Sub is the "pc monitor part".
Try clicking that button, give it sec, the hit it again. It will go through all of it inputs. If TV is what you are trying to find, it is directly after the Video input (green letters, top right hand side of the screen.) Keep hitting the button until TV shows up.

I had the same the problem. My tv would not change channels. I had to run the tv through my dvd player to be able to view my cable channels. The one solution listed did work for me. Set your source to tv...press menu on your remote control...go down to the 4th icon...press the right arrow...move down to CH Auto Scan and press the right arrow. The tv will scan for channels and once complete I was able to change channels again.
