ask your service provider for the call barring code .

2. Download all the themes that are compatible with E71 in to your computer. It would be better to create a folder where you can send the downloaded themes.

3. Once the themes are downloaded, connect your E71 to the computer using the USB cable. Open the folder of your E71.

4. Once the E71 folder is open, you must open the folder where the themes are saved.

5. Drag the themes from its folder and drop it to the E71 folder. The themes should be in your phone now.

Fortunately you CAN!

Since you have an e71, there is a program from Nokia, called Advanced Call Manager. It is enough to install it and it will give you the option to reject calls from a Blacklist. You can define this blacklist of course.

Get the barring code from your network provider. You can call the customer care line and request for this.

Call barring
Call barring (network service) allows you to restrict the calls that you make and receive with your phone. To change the settings, you need the barring password from your service provider.

1. Select Menu > Tools > Settings > Call barring.
2. Scroll to the desired barring option, and to request the network to set call restriction on, select Options > Activate. To set the selected call restriction off, select Cancel. To check whether the calls are barred, select Check status. To change the barring password, select Edit barrings passw.. To cancel all active call barrings, select Cancel all barrings.

So try contacting your Vodaphone customer service and ask for the call barring code, see if it opens up with a code that they give.
