Need alot more information. Also what anti-virus software are you running? How is it not working properly? Once I have that information I can assist you further.
Thank you,

My acer aspire 5735z will not dial and connect to the internet it used to work but doesn't now.

If it used to work you may have inadvertently changed the options or perhaps have contracted a virus. Considering you said it used to work I think the System Restore option is your best bet to try and restore the proper settings. It is usually located under: Programs, accessories, system or just type in System restore in the search window. System restore will restore your computers settings to a previous date and time when your computer was working properly. Good Luck

Data saved disappears when computer is rebooted

HARDLY SCAN YOUR PC FOR ANY VIRUSES. I RECOMEND AVIRA ANTIVIRUS OR AVAST. THEY WILL IDENTIFY IF THERE IS ANY VIRUS THAT STEALS OR EAT YOUR DATA.

PERHAPS, RUN DISC/HARD DRIVE FRAGMENTATION AND DISK CHECK UP TO SEE IT IS WORKING PROPERLY BECAUSE IT DOES SEEM TO HAVE SAVED YOUR DOCUMENTS ONLY TO FIND IT HAS SOME ERRORS ON IT.

SIMPLY RIGHT CLICK YOUR LOCAL DISC ON MY COMPUTER AND FRAGMENT AND RUN DISC CHECK UTILITY.

THANKS,

WONDER

AMT MP3 PLAYER USB 2 DEVICE VIRUS PROBLEM

It could be that _your_ computer is virus-infected, and it tries to infect any device that you connect to your computer.

Find some other computer with "current" and "good" anti-virus software.

Connect the device to that computer.

The anti-virus software should both _detect_ and _remove_ the computer-virus from the device.

Then, on your computer, download and run the Microsoft MRT (Malware Removal Tool): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/890830/

Also, on your computer, download and run the virus-scanner from: http://www.prevx.com
to "clean" your computer.

Then, once your computer is "clean", connect all the USB devices that you have, and virus-scan each one of them.
