To Enable showing of hidden folders and files.
fist open my computer and then go to "Tools" then "Folder Options". Then click on the "View" tab, and under "Hidden Files and Folders", click "Show Hidden Files and Folders".
Hi there. It sounds like you have a virus on your machine, apart from not being able to view hidden files and folders is there anything else thats going wrong with the PC at all? for example on start-up do you get any strange error messages or has the recycle bin name been changed?

there we check DWORD VALU of CheckedValue = 0 for not save
1 for save(by defult)
and download process explorer.
Start it, and use the 'target' icon (to the right of the binoculars)
and 'drag' the icon to the command-box like window.
Then process explorer will tell you which program or process is causing this window to appear.
Find this program or process in windows file explorer and delete it.
